Integration — waitlist

Buildium + Jobber integration, coming next.

BirchSight's BuildiumJobber connector is in development. It will work the way our live Property Meld → Jobber integration works today: read the work-order notifications Buildium already sends you, create the matching Jobber job automatically, and report status back — no re-typing. Join the waitlist to set what ships first.

How the Buildium + Jobber integration will work

  1. Buildium maintenance work orders arrive as usual. No new portal, no behavior change for your property managers.
  2. BirchSight creates the Jobber job. Client matched, property address normalized, tenant contact attached — within minutes of the notification arriving, the same translation our live connector does for Jobber today.
  3. Status flows back without you. Scheduling and completion updates report back to the property manager automatically, so your response numbers reflect how fast you actually work.

That's the same architecture running in production for Property Meld + Jobber — this page exists because vendors on Buildium keep asking for the same thing.

Waitlist questions, answered

When will the Buildium + Jobber integration ship?
Connector pairs ship in order of waitlist demand — joining this list is the strongest vote there is. Waitlist members get first access, hands-on founding-cohort onboarding, and founding pricing.
Will my property manager need to approve or install anything?
That's the design goal. Our live Property Meld → Jobber integration works entirely from the notification emails the vendor already receives — no API key, nothing for the PM to configure — and we aim for the same with Buildium. We'll confirm the specifics with waitlist members before launch. See how the live integration works.
