So you're reading my email?
Only the melds. BirchSight is read-only on incoming Property Meld threads and send-only on those same threads — it never sees mail outside the senders you allowlist, and it can never delete or move anything. Tokens are encrypted at rest with Google Cloud KMS, and you can revoke access from your Google account at any time; the connector stops within seconds.
Do I need anything from Property Meld?
No. BirchSight runs on the email Property Meld already sends you — no Meld API key, no portal plugin, nothing your property manager has to set up or approve.
Is there a Property Meld Zapier integration?
No — Zapier has no Property Meld app, so there is nothing to connect. Vendors usually fall back to manual re-typing or brittle email parsers. BirchSight is a purpose-built Property Meld → Jobber sync that works from the notification emails you already receive. Zapier vs a purpose-built sync.
What if it gets a job wrong?
It starts in read-only mode: BirchSight drafts, you approve, until you decide it has earned outbound. Every job links back to the original meld email, and every action lands in a log you can audit. Nothing is hidden behind automation.
